Our mission

Daughter of RA is an Amsterdam-based artist management company dedicated to discovering and elevating emerging talent, with a strong focus on emerging artists.

Inspired by the royal title of Pharaoh and Queen Hatshepsut of Egypt, our name reflects our commitment to empowerment, leadership, and artistic excellence.

Founded by Mayan Fawaz in Amsterdam, Daughter of RA bridges cultures and creative visions, providing artists with the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive. We believe in nurturing talent, fostering authentic connections, and shaping the future of the music and arts industries.

At Daughter of RA, we don’t just manage artists — we champion their voices.

Founder

Mayan Fawaz

Pioneering the music industry since 2006, Mayan is recognized as the first female DJ in Egypt. Her vision and expertise have shaped countless careers, and now she’s dedicated to elevating the next generation of artists through Daughter of RA.

  1. 2006 Cairo

    Starts out as a DJ in Cairo and becomes known as the first female DJ in Egypt.

  2. 2013 Doha

    After playing in many countries, settles in Qatar, holds many residencies and joins Mystique Management.

  3. 2018 Doha

    Becomes Music Director of Mystique Management, curating the sound and bookings for Society Doha, Monkey Tale Doha and Kaia.

  4. 2024 Amsterdam

    Opens Daughter of RA, a bespoke artist management company representing upcoming DJs and musicians.

Cox

Music has been an integral part of Cairo-based artist Cox’s life from an early age. However, his true musical journey began when he made the conscious decision to dedicate himself to what genuinely brings him joy—music being at the heart of it. For Cox, music is more than just an art form; it is a powerful means of communication, allowing him to express his emotions and share his personal experiences through his curated selections of organic-infused electronic sounds.

This realization marked the beginning of his evolution from DJ sets, where he began telling stories through sound, to producing his own original tracks. With each performance and production, Cox continues to create new stories, connecting with audiences on a deeper, more emotive level. The journey is far from over, and with countless stories yet to unfold, Cox’s musical expression remains as dynamic and ever-evolving as the sounds he creates.

Although based in Cairo, his music has taken him far beyond his hometown, gracing international stages across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. He has performed at The Monastery Festival, The Seekers of Light at ADE with The Gardens of Babylon, and Chill Opposite Festival in both Jordan and Egypt, as well as in Tunisia, Morocco, and other cities worldwide. In Cairo, he captivated crowds at iconic venues such as Cairo Jazz Club, Odin and Sandbox festival delivering both mesmerizing warm-up and unforgettable closing sets.

Katty Heath

Katty Heath is an English singer/songwriter, living in Amsterdam since 2011. She is also a vocal coach, sound therapist, Voice-over artist, and piano teacher. With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Katty has collaborated with a vast array of artists and producers, exploring genres from electronic, dance and pop, to rock and indie, to chill-out and more.

She has worked with a long list of Trance producers, with support from DJs such as Armin Van Buuren, Aly & Fila, Paul Oakenfold and Markus Schulz. Her track with DRYM ‘Stole The Sun’ (remixed by Allen & Envy) is included in Armin Van Buuren’s 2014 Top 20 (Armada Records). She has had over 35 releases on the Amsterdam Trance record label. Also with Black Hole, How Trance Works & Liquid Recordings. Whilst working as a sound healer on well-being retreats in Ibiza.

Hailing from Egypt, Cairo, Loulii & Cox are an Egyptian dynamic duo that came together in 2020, merging their individual musical journeys into one seamless synergy. Their signature sound blends deep, hypnotic, and soothing uplifting elements, designed to elevate dance floors and leave audiences in a heightened state of energy and connection.

With every beat, Loulii & Cox craft an immersive experience—one that flows seamlessly from deep, sensual grooves to high-energy floor fillers. Their sound is a fusion of their culture, intuition, and raw passion for music, transporting listeners into a world where rhythm meets emotion.

Their journey is just beginning, and they’re ready to share their sound with the world. To truly understand their music, you have to experience it.

Moshie

Moshie is the artistic alias of Shiha – a producer and performer drawn to the shadows where sound becomes atmosphere. His music lives in the tension between light and darkness, weaving hypnotic rhythms with driving intensity and cinematic depth. Each set feels like a journey through vast soundscapes: brooding, euphoric, and always in motion.

Rather than confining himself to a single genre, Moshie inhabits the spectrum of contemporary electronic expression – fluid and evolving, yet unmistakably his own. His performances blur the line between club energy and immersive storytelling, pulling listeners into a space where pulse and emotion collide.

Now represented by Daughter of RA, Moshie is carving out a distinct voice on the global stage – one where shadows dance with light, and music becomes an evolving narrative of mood, texture, and intensity.

ThatGirl SherryK has been passionate about mixing since high school, where she started DJing with her best friend.

After a break to focus on event management and marketing, SherryK made a thrilling comeback, performing at major events and clubs across Egypt. Known for her ability to mix genres seamlessly and read the crowd, she delivers high-energy, unforgettable sets.

Now setting her sights on international stages, ThatGirl SherryK is expanding her reach to the rest of the Middle East and Europe, bringing her unique sound to new audiences.
